What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my experience in employee relations, investigations, policy interpretation, reporting, and program operations in a role focused on organizational effectiveness and workplace development.

At the California Employment Development Department, I analyze complex unemployment insurance claims, investigate eligibility and payment issues, interpret policy, and move cases toward accurate, timely resolution.

I use daily reports, Excel, state databases, claims systems, and detailed documentation to manage high-volume work while protecting confidentiality and communicating practical next steps to claimants and internal teams.

Alongside public-service operations work, I lead year-round planning, budgeting, fundraising, vendor coordination, and student development for a competitive high school cheer program. I'm completing a B.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, bringing an added focus on employee behavior, organizational effectiveness, leadership, and workplace development.
