I’m a motivated Human Resources Coordinator with a foundation in HR operations, employee relations, and organizational support. I actively seek opportunities where I can expand my knowledge, help people thrive, and build inclusive, supportive environments.
At Omni La Costa Resort and Spa, I provide administrative support across HR functions including worker’s compensation, unemployment/disability claims, recruitment and onboarding, paid time off management, trainings, terminations, leaves of absence, and associate communications. I’ve led onboarding and entered/processed new hires, coordinated exit interviews, and ran trainings with completion tracking in our Learning Management System. I also supported compliance by running audits and helping restructure processes, including recreating onboarding materials to improve proficiency.
Previously, at Reese Law Group, I served as an Administrative Assistant by scanning, e-filing, and documenting key materials in a case management system. I greeted and screened visitors, followed up on client documents, and accurately sent documents to court and clients, while also managing mail distribution and incoming calls.
Earlier, as an Education Program Specialist at Independent Minds Academy, I handled administrative, instructional, and mentorship responsibilities. I managed data entry in a student management system, supported student learning with personalized resources, guided independent learning skills, and implemented process improvement for efficiency and effectiveness.
