Seeking a part-time, fully remote evening/weekend role in customer service, administrative support, HR, employee support, or a related people-focused field. I bring 20+ years of professional experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a dependable, collaborative approach.

At Kaiser Permanente, I work in the Regional Labor Relations Department, supporting collective bargaining and labor agreements and handling grievance resolution. I also work with union representatives on labor relations activities and joint initiatives.

At the County of Riverside Human Resources Department, I supported collective bargaining across six unions and reviewed second-step grievances. I also served as the County’s primary HR labor contact for COVID-19 matters and collaborated on a guide to COVID policies for employees and supervisors.

Earlier, at Specific Media | Myspace, I was promoted to Director of Human Resources and oversaw HR across offices in eight U.S. states. I initiated an HR reporting system covering areas such as recruitment, turnover, retention, and costs.
