I’m a customer service expert with over 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, combining warm front-of-house service with reliable, responsible communication. I enjoy learning new things and staying consistent under busy shift pressure.

Currently working as a Barista/Bartender, I serve different types of coffee in the morning and handle spirits/cocktails during night shifts. I focus on excellent service while adapting quickly to the needs of each guest and shift.

Previously, I worked as a Front of House attendant and as a Receptionist, using platforms like RMS for in/out reservations and supporting guests through calls and emails. I also handled payment processing through third-party systems such as Booking.com, Expedia.com, and Agoda.

Alongside hospitality, I’ve built digital marketing experience as a Digital Marketing Assistant and Community Manager, creating content for multiple business brands and using analytics across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Former Twitter). My digital marketing background helps me think beyond service—how to engage, measure, and improve.
