What I'm looking for
I’m an HR practitioner with an HND in Business Administration and current final-year studies at the Institute of Human Resource and Management Practitioners (IHRMP). I’ve accumulated over five (5) years of practical experience in HR, supported by various trainings and workshops.
In my roles at SIC Life Savings and Loans, including Senior HR Officer (2023–date) and HR Officer (2017–2022), I’ve owned end-to-end people processes: on-time placement of staff, reference/background checks, and accurate HR documentation and KYC compliance. I also manage employee transactional requests, ensure TAT on HR services, and support timely leave, probation, and performance reviews.
My key strength is building relationships to achieve results. I’m self-motivated, flexible with changing challenges, and a team player—committed to compliance monitoring, training and monitoring for transfer of training, HR record accuracy, and reliable, timely reporting.
