I’m looking to lead international commercial strategy and sales growth—building scalable go-to-market systems, strengthening market positioning, and accelerating investor and partnership-driven revenue for global real estate or hospitality portfolios.

I’m an International Commercial Executive with more than 25 years’ experience delivering commercial growth, revenue expansion, and international business development across real estate, hospitality, and investment sectors. I’m known for leading commercial portfolios that translate strategy into measurable performance and sustainable growth.

As Global Sales Director for Azure Rich Group, I lead international commercial operations for a US$160+ million branded Thailand residences and hospitality portfolio. I’ve directed commercial strategy across the international development portfolio, built an international broker and referral network of more than 50 strategic partners, and developed a global commercial team of 30+ professionals. I introduced scalable sales systems, pipeline governance, and an investor qualification framework to improve forecasting, conversion, and commercial performance, partnering with executive leadership on pricing strategy, commercial positioning, and market expansion.

Previously, I founded and scaled HotProperties (Spain) from 2018 to 2022, building an international property business focused on overseas investment and new-build developments across multiple European markets. I established strategic developer, broker, and investor partnerships across multiple European markets, recruited and coached an international sales team, and implemented structured lead generation and sales process improvements to drive better conversion.

Earlier in the UK, I founded and led Right Homes and delivered residential property and lettings results through business development, client relationships, and operational excellence. I also managed residential lettings operations and team leadership as Lettings Manager, building a strong foundation across sales leadership, stakeholder management, team development, and customer retention—work I continue to bring into every international commercial role.
