I’m looking for a people-ops/HRBP role where I can design scalable HR systems, drive workforce planning and DEIB, and apply AI-enabled metrics to improve hiring, retention, and operational resilience through strong stakeholder alignment.

I’m a systems-thinking HR professional with 14+ years building and scaling people systems across International Development, corporates, startups, and solo entrepreneurship. I’ve proven strength in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Workforce Planning, Operational Diagnostics, process improvement, and DEIB-focused policy design—backed by stakeholder management, change management, and business continuity planning.

I’ve led from strategy through execution: from founding Capital I Recruitment and building full-cycle recruitment infrastructure with HRIS/ATS and data-driven shortlist conversions, to directing recruitment and account management that generated repeat mandates and measurable revenue impact. I also bring hands-on people leadership and operational rigor from pan-India programme delivery and employee engagement/ER infrastructure, with a consistent emphasis on compliance, risk mitigation, and crisis-ready operations.
