I am an Executive Human Capital, Organisation Development and Change Leader with over 25 years’ experience partnering with Boards, CEOs and executive teams across private, public sector, parastatals and multinational organisations.
My career has focused on leading workforce transformation, organisational redesign, culture change, executive remuneration and leadership development in complex, regulated and unionized environments. I am known for translating strategy into practical people, structure and capability solutions that improve organisational performance, governance and sustainability.
I have held senior leadership roles within global organisations including DuPont (Regional HR Director – Sub Saharan Africa), Sasol Dyno Nobel, Volkswagen Group and General Motors, as well as executive roles within major South African public entities. My experience spans Africa and emerging markets, operating at both strategic and execution level.
