Lydia Njeri

I am a customer service professional with hands-on experience in high-volume service environments and a strong record of meeting performance targets. I deliver accurate, efficient and friendly support while maintaining compliance with internal guidelines.

Currently I work at Teleperformance Kenya where I manage high volumes of customer calls, meet KPIs and quality assurance targets, resolve customer issues professionally, and provide peer-to-peer coaching to support agent development.

I have prior public-sector experience assisting clients with business registration and payment inquiries at Nakuru County (Naivasha sub-county), processing requests within expected turnaround times and maintaining accurate records of transactions.

I am completing a Bachelor of Computer Science (2020–November 2025) and have completed digital customer service training at Generation Kenya; I bring skills in customer experience management, sales and cross-selling, documentation, and problem solving.
