I'm leading talent acquisition at Arrowster, an AI-native fintech and global mobility business, where I own hiring across Vietnam, Indonesia, Pakistan, and MENA while reporting directly to the founder and CEO.

I've delivered seven Manager and C-level placements across MENA, UAE, the US, AU/NZ, and the UK, closing each search within three to six months. I run searches end to end—from market mapping and sourcing to offer negotiation—and advise founders using market data, compensation insight, and candidate availability.

At Nexon, I was the sole recruiter across two entities, scaling a development team from 20 to 100 and QA/game testing from 160 to 220 in 12 months. At Rikkeisoft, I placed 30+ mid-to-senior engineers across software, cloud, and DevOps, with 85% still in seat after a year.

I build Boolean-first sourcing engines without relying on paid tools, and I've designed ATS, pipeline, screening, and stakeholder-reporting systems that replace spreadsheet-based hiring operations.
