I’m passionate about continuous growth and consistently improving my skills and performance. I believe teamwork is essential to achieve goals with quality and speed.

In my call center experience, I perform tasks inherent to the “book binding process” and support customers by “appropriately assist[ing] customers” through calls in English. I focus on providing “the most accurate information” and “solution to each of the scenarios.”

I also bring language and education experience, including “Foreign Language Teaching” and support through English calls. This strengthens my communication, clarity, and ability to guide customers effectively.

In my current role as a supervisor, I handle “escalations” by “effectively managed and resolved customer or team escalations,” ensuring “timely and satisfactory solutions in high-pressure situations.” I’m motivated to keep delivering reliable, customer-first outcomes while learning and raising performance.
