What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own KPIs, lead a team, and coordinate stakeholders to deliver results. I want hands-on project execution, clear accountability, and room to grow my leadership through measurable impact.

I’m a Project Manager and Team Leader who builds strong performance rhythms through KPI creation, frequent feedback, and support to close skill gaps. I lead teams with clear goals, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment using WBRs and QBRs.

In my current role, I focus on translating objectives into execution: setting team KPIs, running regular reviews with stakeholders, and helping managers develop team goals. I also create Excel reports to support planning and performance tracking, while coordinating onboarding and training to get new team members productive quickly.

Previously, I strengthened operational accuracy and commercial outcomes—processing invoices in SAP and Basware, delivering customer support through live chat and calls, and driving sales, amendments, and monthly KPI targets. I’ve also led coaching-style performance work as a senior rugby coach and handled day-to-day business operations like logistics, stock management, and month-end reporting.
