I’m a results-oriented commercial professional with over 9 years of experience across sales, branch operations, and business development in multiple industries. I’m commercially sharp and highly adaptable, consistently focused on delivering revenue outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships.
In my current role at Glass Partners (Pty) Ltd, I took over a portfolio of high-value accounts previously managed at national sales management level. I manage and grow key accounts across multiple branches, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and support clients through competitive tender preparation to drive successful appointments.
Before that, I held full operational and commercial accountability as Branch Manager for Glass Partners North, leading a team of approximately 40 across sales, factory, administration, and logistics. I managed branch sales against budget, oversaw end-to-end factory operations, controlled costs, handled debtor management and monthly reporting, and ensured procurement, inventory, dispatch, and delivery ran efficiently.
Alongside my operational leadership, I’ve built businesses from scratch: as Co-Founder & Director of Mesanlu Projects (B2B mining supplies) and Co-Founder & Partner of Nano Mining (coal trading). I’ve secured long-term supply contracts, established distribution partnerships, developed a digital coal quality management system, and led full trade-cycle execution—bringing an entrepreneurial mindset backed by corporate operational experience.
