I’m a B2B Account Management & Customer Success professional with 8+ years of experience in international tech-driven and SaaS-oriented companies, focused on customer retention, strategic partnerships, and enterprise account management.

In my current role as a Key Account Manager, I manage the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding and implementation to long-term retention, growth, and account expansion. I’ve scaled a partner portfolio from 150 to 400 accounts, increased sales revenue from $4M to $7.6M, and grew net profit by 52%, earning recognition as a Global Top Performer for Onboarding & Adoption contributing to core KPIs.

I also lead technical and revenue-driving work, including API integrations for strategic clients (e.g., launched an API integration that increased bookings from 30 to 5625 within 2 years).
