What I'm looking for
I’m a highly motivated Business Analysis leader with over 13 years of IT experience, focused on process optimization, management, and effective communication with stakeholders. I’ve delivered enterprise-wide projects across fin-tech, telecom, hardware telecom, and e-commerce environments.
In my current role, I lead the Business Analysis discipline across Kazakhstan & Kyrgyzstan, managing a team of 50+ professionals. I own end-to-end discipline management—hiring, mentoring, performance management, and capability development—while partnering with senior stakeholders to drive delivery excellence and shape BA practices in the region.
Previously, I built Business Analysis practices from the ground up at Botswana Telecommunications Corporation Limited and led BA teams at Ticketmaster, including mentorship and delivery support for the Payment Stream. I’ve also served as a Scrum Master and participated in Agile transformation (including SAFe), and I share my expertise through Business Analysis instruction and course development.
