What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a collaborative role where I can apply my customer portfolio, claims, and operations experience, use my multilingual communication skills, and contribute through initiative, leadership, KPI management, and teamwork.

I'm currently following customer portfolios for SunChemical across Iberia, France, and North Africa exports, releasing blocked orders, reconciling unapplied payments, and monitoring doubtful and bad debts. I also prepare aging reports and SAX audits, including DSO calculations and monthly accounts receivable analysis.

Previously, I managed expatriate insurance claims at Reale Expatriates Insurances and helped build and lead a 20–30 person call centre at April Assurances Madrid. I bring native Spanish and French, C2 English, change-management experience, KPI tracking, recruitment, and a team-oriented approach with initiative and positive energy.
