I was hired to replace the old manager during her pregnancy to manage the support team and the sales team of an info-product launch company. The challenge in support was to help optimize the team's system and process while in sales it was to implement an automated sales recovery system.

My role was to plan and manage the execution of the marketing and growth strategy of the company and to act as a consultant helping attorneys and mediators to position themselves online through Digital Marketing and Branding.

I was hired at a time of difficulty for the company, to develop strategies and lead a team with the objective of generating more sales for the institution's courses. Through Inbound Marketing, Inside Sales and Paid Traffic strategies, we went from an average monthly revenue of R$60,000 to R$1,000,000 in 2 years.
