I’m looking for a customer-facing role where I can use negotiation, active listening, and fast problem-solving to boost sales and satisfaction—while building lasting relationships that directly support company growth.

I’m a dynamic reservations agent with a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales through effective communication and problem-solving. I’ve successfully managed high call volumes, tailoring hotel solutions to match what customers need and to increase bookings compared to the previous year.

I’m also experienced as a Sales Agent, including cold calling mainly restaurants to offer Point of Sales Systems. I developed and maintained strong client relationships to drive Point of Sales sales while staying focused on clear communication and follow-through.

In prior Customer Service and Credit & Collections roles, I addressed merchants’ inquiries (like modifying food orders, updating menus, and resolving issues promptly) and assisted AT&T customers with bill explanations. I collected payments, created payment arrangements, and handled disputes on charges—always with the goal of getting customers’ lines and accounts back on track.
