What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue leading compensation, Total Rewards, workforce planning, and HR analytics initiatives in a global organization, partnering with HR, Finance, and Operations leaders to improve decision-making, equity, and workforce visibility.

At Robert Bosch, I lead compensation and Total Rewards initiatives across manufacturing sites in Northern Mexico, partnering with HR and business leaders on compensation planning, promotions, organizational structures, and labor-cost strategies.

I've supported workforces of 3,500+ employees through salary benchmarking using WTW and Mercer methodologies, job evaluation, workforce projections, headcount planning, and HR digitalization. I also developed a technical career and salary progression model to improve retention and transparency in employee growth opportunities.

Previously, I managed workforce reporting across Electrolux operations in North America and Latin America and delivered operational KPI analysis for DB Schenker's logistics services. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and bring an Economics degree and a master's degree in Tax Law.
