I'm Luis, a Brazilian operations and quality professional currently based in Peru, with experience across software quality assurance, executive operations, healthcare, and high growth startups. Throughout my career, I've focused on improving processes, supporting leadership, and building scalable systems that increase efficiency while maintaining high quality standards.

Previously, I worked as a Software Quality Analyst at Wipro, supporting enterprise projects for Johnson & Johnson, where I gained experience with QA processes, compliance, SDLC, documentation, and cross functional collaboration. I later joined Rengo as Operations Lead, working directly with the founders to coordinate executive operations, investor relations, and strategic initiatives. I also designed an AI powered Telegram automation that reduced manual operational work by over 85% and helped scale investor management across a network of 400+ investors.

Today, I work as a Medical Interpreter in Peru, communicating fluently in English, Spanish, and Portuguese while supporting healthcare professionals and patients in fast paced clinical environments. I'm passionate about combining operations, AI, and process automation to create efficient, scalable workflows that enable teams to perform at their best.
