What I'm looking for

I'm looking to scale workflow efficiency, improve KPIs, and lead large-scale teams in the tech industry, applying data analysis, process automation, and AI model training experience.

I've optimized high-volume operations at Xerox Perú through Experis Perú, building automated KPI reporting with Power BI, Tableau, and Excel macros that reduced manual reporting time by 70% and eliminated data-entry errors.

I led and mentored field teams of up to 100 employees, coordinated on-site IT activities and system installations, and presented operational and financial findings to senior leadership. My work combines workflow improvement, database analysis, forecasting support, and rigorous KPI management.
