At Ericsson, I support service delivery and project closeout across multiple AT&T markets. My work has expanded from North Florida market support to operations across NFL, WPA and EPA.
I led the FTU closeout process for NFL and then WPA, creating work instructions and training new team members. The structured FTU process helped WPA achieve its Q3 and Q4 revenue targets.
In 2023, I eliminated aging projects in WPA closeout by improving communication with project managers and refining the FTU workflow.
In 2024, as WPA's only resource dedicated to FTU, I closed 270+ projects and updated trackers daily. In 2025, I owned end-to-end closeout for WPA and EPA, including Rev.0, CI050 execution, profitability templates, True-Up validations, CL001 completion and documentation.
