For Petco US’s Q2 mobile app roadmap, I tracked milestones and dependencies, identified schedule risks, and coordinated mitigation and change control. I also built Jira dashboards and JQL filters to track delivery metrics and team capacity.
At Storecheck, I coordinated project milestones and data workflows using SQL to validate pipeline integrity and monitor operational KPIs. In my Faculty of Informatics, UAQ capstone project, I led planning and timeline tracking for an administrative request software system.
