I'm Ludovic Barbot, a Creative Director and Head of Creative Studio with over 11 years of experience at Mediatiz Ltd. My journey started as a graphic designer, but over the years, I’ve had the privilege of growing into leadership roles, guiding teams, and shaping the company’s creative direction. I thrive on collaboration, innovation, and pushing artistic boundaries, always striving to create work that resonates and leaves an impact.

Before joining Mediatiz Ltd, I took a leap into freelance design, working closely with clients and learning the ins and outs of project management and creative independence. My career began at Circus Advertising, where I was thrown into the deep end of agency life—an intense but invaluable experience that helped refine my craft and exposed me to some of the industry's best talents.

Design, for me, is more than just visuals; it’s about storytelling, branding, and creating experiences that connect with people. I have a deep love for animation, digital media, and interactive design (AR), and I’m always exploring new ways to merge art, technology, and emotion.

Beyond the work itself, what truly drives me is the joy of learning and evolving—whether it’s mentoring a team, crafting a brand identity, or experimenting with new creative tools.
