I’m a Senior strategical Business-Partner consultant with experience in 5 large international companies, built on delivering business projects “from scratch” across different industries and countries. I specialize in translating strategy into real product and go-to-market execution, with a strong bias toward outcomes.

In my current role at ANTEI Limited (Hong Kong), I work in the B2B sector in the field of Artificial Intelligence. I drive market analysis, search for new ideas and opportunities, and help shape product realization through brand building, company positioning, and marketing and sales strategies, including launching products in new markets.

I’ve consistently combined strategic thinking with analytical rigor: long-term and short-term business development strategies, competitor analysis, and the development of analytical reports and presentations for executives. I also lead and work on IT projects with international teams, and represent and promote the company on online and offline business platforms.

Earlier roles strengthened my ability to support growth through partnerships, tender search and management, and international negotiations on behalf of the company. I’m equally comfortable with operational and compliance aspects—working with financial statements and legal documents—and I bring leadership, high emotional intelligence, and a strong stress tolerance to every project.
