What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue providing high-level bilingual executive support, coordinating complex calendars, travel, meetings, events, and stakeholder communication in a dynamic corporate environment.

I'm currently supporting senior leadership at UBS Brasil Corretora de Valores S.A., managing executive calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, visitors, and internal events in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Previously, I managed complex calendars for up to 10 senior executives at Zup IT Innovation and supported five senior executives at Deutsche Bank. I've coordinated international travel, prepared meeting minutes, processed invoices and expenses, and served as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

With a degree in Trilingual Executive Secretariat, postgraduate studies in Organizational Psychology, and fluent English developed through two years in Ireland, I bring organized, bilingual administrative support to demanding corporate environments.
