Led end-to-end product delivery for a digital traffic enforcement platform, managing requirements, sprint planning, UAT, production releases, and post-launch support. Performed ISO 9001:2015 internal auditing, conducted process mapping and workflow optimization, and supported troubleshooting and testing for enterprise systems.
