Lucian Hardner
@lucianhardner
Technical Program Manager focused on platform releases, stability, and cross-team delivery.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Technical Program Manager who owns platform and client-facing release execution across mobile, console, PC, and VR. At Rec Room since Dec 2019, I gather requirements from product goals and dependencies, translate them into actionable plans, and drive execution with clear accountability for delivery, task tracking, and risk mitigation.
I run weekly client updates across ten platforms, partnering closely with QA to protect release candidate quality and mitigate ship-blocking issues before they impact the product. I author and own certification and weekly release schedules, lead release candidate packaging and deployment, monitor platform compliance, and guide high-pressure moments like Go/No-Go calls and live-service “War Rooms.”
I continuously improve release and QA processes—implementing a bug messaging system and custom monitoring dashboards (improving QA productivity/efficiency by 4%), and building scripted automation that scales rollout capacity to twice as many live platforms. I’ve also led company-wide process rollouts such as migrating Jira Online to Azure DevOps and integrating workflows with git and bug ticketing, while improving internal developer communication through Slack-centered automation.
