What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can improve operations end-to-end: diagnose what’s broken, build tools teams adopt, align people through clear cadence, and iterate fast—ideally in a remote-ready environment.

I make operations work better. With 10+ years managing teams and improving processes, I focus on finding what’s broken, building solutions, and iterating until things run smoothly. I create tools and systems that teams actually adopt and keep using, and my UX background helps me understand how people interact with processes—not just how they should work on paper.

Most recently, as an Operations Manager, I managed daily operations for a beauty salon serving 120+ weekly clients and led a team of up to 10. I designed and implemented a daily cash flow and commission tracking tool in Google Sheets (still in use since 2017), led recruitment and onboarding, and supported alignment through monthly team meetings.
