I'm looking to lead luxury hospitality operations where I can develop high-performing multicultural teams, improve processes, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while contributing to service excellence and commercial performance.

I've led luxury hospitality operations across Four Seasons, Auberge Resorts Collection and Jumeirah, delivering exceptional guest experiences while improving service performance in fast-paced environments.

As part of the pre-opening leadership team at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, I led and developed a multicultural team of 15+ employees, recruited and trained new team members, developed SOPs, and helped achieve the highest Breakfast Guest Satisfaction Score across EMEA. I also supported a successful LQA audit through KPI monitoring, guest-feedback analysis and continuous operational improvements.

In outlet, banqueting and front office leadership roles, I've exceeded monthly revenue targets by more than €13,000 through strategic upselling and team engagement, resolved complex guest escalations, and partnered with Culinary, Events, Housekeeping and Reservations to strengthen service delivery.
