I’m looking to lead end-to-end enterprise SaaS program implementations—especially AI-enabled platforms—partnering across engineering, product, and customer success to deliver HIPAA/BIPA-ready go-lives and measurable ROI, with room to build frameworks and drive adoption.

I am a Project Manager and Implementation Manager with 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years leading end-to-end enterprise SaaS implementations for global brands across beauty, personal care, healthcare, and financial services. Most recently, I was a Program Manager at Perfect Corp, an AI and AR beauty tech platform, where I owned implementation, delivery, and customer success for 30+ global enterprise accounts, including Kendo (Fenty Beauty, KVD Beauty, Ole Henriksen), Wella Company, Madison Reed, and Starboard Cruises.

My work sits at the intersection of project management, customer success, and technical solutioning. I serve as the primary client-facing lead from kickoff through go-live and renewal, manage cross-functional delivery across engineering, product, and operations teams, and build the implementation frameworks and playbooks that make delivery repeatable at scale.
