I’m a customer service and frontline professional with hands-on experience as an Outbound Admin/CSR and Frontline Associate, supporting day-to-day customer interactions with efficiency and clarity. I’ve also worked in dispatch and distribution-related roles, including Dispatcher/Freezerman and DC Supervisor, where I coordinated responsibilities and stayed organized under time pressure.
