I define myself as a person eager to learn, determined, and proactive, focused on achieving goals while giving my best effort. I take pride in delivering strong results that support my professional growth and collective development.

In my work experience, I’ve served as a Customer serv. representative at Advensus (Near shore) from 2023 to present. Previously, I worked as a Sales agent from 2022 to 2023, and I also held a Customer serv. representative role from 2021 to 2022.

I bring strong verbal communication and a customer service mindset, along with problem-solving capacities when situations require quick, practical solutions. I’m comfortable adapting, especially with flexibility in changing programs and requirements.

Alongside my experience, I’m studying Business Administration at Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago (UTESA) from 2023 to present. I also completed a Technical high school diploma in public and tax administration (2018–2021), which strengthens how I approach structure, responsibilities, and compliance.
