My valuable and unique experiences in the world of gastronomy and wine have given me the specialized tools needed to organize, plan, strategize, and implement projects of any scale. A combination of heightened awareness, paired with real world expertise, make me the ideal candidate for the long term. I am writing to you because my resume does not fully underscore the skills I have in the food and wine industry, and it is important for me to convey my passion and dedication to the wine & beverage industry and successful business practices. In my 20s, my goal was to gain as much experience as possible through my undergraduate and Masters programs, as well as traveling and gaining invaluable work experience like harvesting and making wine in Italy, teaching university students in Florence about food culture, wine and hospitality, and opening up a tasting room and starting a national wine club. Now, in my early 30s, I have been taking those treasured experiences and turning them into knowledge. I am now at a point in my career where I am growing and determined to transform my knowledge and expertise into wisdom. My never-ending appetite and faith in the food and beverage industry has given me intrinsic comprehension of trends both historically and into the future.
