What I'm looking for

I’m seeking event or hospitality operations roles where I can lead teams, manage large-scale programs, and improve guest experience through operational excellence and collaboration.

I am a meticulous, organized hospitality professional with extensive experience managing events, restaurants, and hospitality teams. I plan, coordinate, and execute multi-million-dollar nationwide events while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

In restaurant leadership roles I managed teams of up to 20, created and supervised a wine program, and helped break daily sales records multiple times. I have acted as interim event manager producing BEOs and executing events sized from 15 to 150 guests.

I have supported large-scale public festivals and global conferences, collaborating with vendors and steering committees to deliver seamless attendee experiences, including a 3-day conference for 2,000 attendees. I focus on logistics, on-site coordination, and measurable results.

I train staff in service, wine education, allergy-safe food preparation, and operational standards, and I use Tripleseat, Aloha, Resy, Toast, OpenTable, iOS, and Adobe InDesign to drive efficiency. I am committed to guest-first service, team development, and operational excellence.
