What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote international opportunity in customer support, sales operations, or virtual assistance. I’m open to full-time, part-time, or freelance work, including flexible hours across time zones.

At Schwaderer Insurance Brokerage, I handle insurance sales from quotation preparation and customer communication through negotiations and closing.

I became a key internal resource for quotation requests referred by five or more colleagues. I also trained colleagues in quotation procedures, internal systems, and day-to-day workflows.

I use Quiver, Agger, Microsoft Excel, and insurer-specific platforms to support quotation workflows and customer management. I’m currently pursuing Biological Sciences at FURB — Regional University of Blumenau.
