What I'm looking for

I’m looking to work in an administrative area, contributing my experience in customer service, operations, after-sales support, process organization, and administrative routines to improve efficiency and service quality.

At Viniplan Corretora de Seguros, I handled customer requests, entered client records into the system, followed up on payments, and opened and resolved insurance claims.

I also worked in commissions, checking and tracking payments to salespeople and ensuring records were accurate and on time.

Since 2025, I’ve volunteered at the reception of Adios Amigos Hostel, assisting guests and supporting daily reception routines. I also meet people from different nationalities and continue developing my English.

My background includes a degree in Human Resources and an MBA in Behavioral Analysis and People Management. I’m looking to contribute my experience in customer service, after-sales support, operations, and administrative routines.
