What I'm looking for
Seven years turning fragmented tools, manual work and tribal knowledge into automated, compliant systems that commercial, customer, finance and operations teams actually adopt. I lead end-to-end delivery across SaaS logistics, NDIS healthcare and regulated financial services, from vendor selection and process design through build, data migration, compliance and adoption.
At Shippit, I’ve built and led the Salesforce and IT function, partnering with Commercial, Finance and Operations leaders to set the systems and automation roadmap against business KPIs and run a continuous delivery backlog across Salesforce and connected platforms. I owned the Salesforce renewal and a wider platform-consolidation programme delivering roughly AUD $177k in annual savings, including a 43% cut to the Salesforce contract.
I also run internal IT and identity end to end (SSO, MFA, Jamf, Intune, 1Password, helpdesk, assets and vendors) against a SOC 2-mapped IT operations playbook with access reviews, daily-to-annual cadences and incident response. As product owner, I translate business needs into a prioritised roadmap and build AI automation and analytics that sales, marketing and customer teams can use immediately.
I’ve delivered practical AI and RevOps improvements like custom AI connectors (Model Context Protocol servers) that let teams query and update Salesforce and NetSuite in plain English, plus AI deal enrichment on Snowflake Cortex that auto-populates 30+ prospect fields in Salesforce. From migrating Salesforce Classic to Lightning and redesigning onboarding workflows to implementing regulated healthcare and financial services solutions, I focus on systems that drive adoption, data quality and governance.
