What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise platforms where I can shape strategy, build high-performing teams, improve commercial outcomes, and apply product-led experimentation, multi-system architecture, and agentic AI to meaningful GTM and CX workflows.

At Employment Hero, I've grown from sole Salesforce platform owner to Head of Enterprise Platforms, leading managers across Salesforce, Zendesk/CX and Revenue Systems. I've led three M&A CRM integrations, including KeyPay, Employment Innovations and Humi, while owning the technology estate supporting $300M+ ARR.

I combine an architect's approach to multi-system design with a product-led delivery mindset. I've recovered approximately $200K annually in licence spend, launched an in-house PRM platform saving approximately $80K per year, and taken agentic AI into production through Relevance AI lead-routing agents, Salesforce MCP enablement, and data-access governance with InfoSec.
