I also negotiate with global clients, institutions, and public bodies, guiding major bids where outcomes depend on strong vision and execution.
Beyond revenue, I’ve delivered measurable impact through fundraising and growth initiatives—growing the 2025 Venice Architecture Biennale budget from €1.4M to ~€9M (~6x).
