Luana Ferreira

I’m a Mechatronics Engineering and Systems Analyst who works as a Systems Analyst/Business Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services. I support various projects by analyzing, reviewing, and rolling out demands, while creating and maintaining technical documentation and communicating clearly with international contacts.

In my role, I handle log analysis, error analysis, code analysis and correction, incident management, and technical troubleshooting for Linux and Windows servers. I also manage application and functional support, including SAP Application Support, CAD Application Support, and SaaS Application Support, while performing ITL/ITSM-related work and DML commands in the database.

I’m especially driven by automation and cloud platforms. I’ve worked on authentication changes (IAM to Azure), managed tool version upgrades using git and DevOps practices with CI/CD, and trained teams on new features. I’m continuously improving through AWS and Python-focused development, including machine learning on AWS and Python for data science, to streamline processes and reduce production and infrastructure costs.
