What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my ERP analysis, automation, testing, and incident-management experience to improve service reliability, reduce recurring issues, and strengthen SLA delivery.

At Wipro Technologies, I lead a multicultural team of 15 analysts handling incidents, escalations, and SLA compliance for large Latin American clients.

I reduce high-impact ERP incidents with PL/SQL scripts and JD Edwards Orchestrator automations. I also write RCA documentation and technical specifications for Sales and Transportation modules.

Previously at IBM Brazil, I designed and executed unit, integration, and UAT test scripts in Quality Center, using scenario mapping and defect tracking to mitigate systemic failures.

My background also includes restoring management systems at T.info, where I used investigative diagnostics and continuous-improvement plans to reduce recurring tickets. I work across JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, SAP SD, Oracle, testing, and Agile delivery.
