At TELUS International, I led macOS MDM migrations to Kandji, moving 1,500 Macs from ManageEngine and 500 from Jamf, then consolidating three Kandji tenants covering 1,800 Macs into one console. I also implemented device-based access controls with Kandji, Intune, and Entra ID Conditional Access.
I built three Mac self-service portals using Google Apps Script and Kandji, FileVault, and LAPS APIs, saving 60+ engineering hours over three months. My work has also included migrating 80,000+ Windows devices to Windows LAPS, deploying Jamf for 1,500 Macs, and administering VMware Horizon VDI for approximately 5,000 users.
