I’m looking to lead monitoring, availability, and security for complex infrastructures—working with cross-site engineering teams to prevent outages, deliver resilient operations, and continuously improve incident response and best practices.

I’m a systems engineering and information security professional with a long track record delivering reliable operations across complex, multi-country environments. As a Services Availability Manager, I handle “ongoing maintenance & administration of System Center Operations Manage Monitoring for 3000+ Production Devices (Windows, Linux, Vmware),” oversee monitoring software/script rollouts, and lead troubleshooting for monitoring-related technical problems.

I’ve also managed large-scale IT delivery and security work—supporting “6000 computers/servers” as L2 support, designing and supporting Microsoft, Linux, Vmware, Netapp, and Xmedius Fax solutions, and driving security assessments, audits, patching, and access management. Earlier, as “Head of I/T,” I administered an IT department with “70+ Engineers” and “Budget administration $7.5M a year,” leading initiatives like Disaster Recovery planning, ITIL implementation, infrastructure migrations, wireless network design and deployment, and implementing resilient enterprise systems.
