I’m looking for a travel or hospitality role where I can handle reservations, answer customer enquiries, and resolve complaints professionally—using clear communication to ensure accurate bookings and strong client satisfaction.

I’m a reservations and customer service professional with a strong travel and tourism foundation, supported by my Chekerwa Certificate in Travel and Tourism.

In my reservations agent role at Island Hotel Zimbabwe, I managed bookings and reservations with accuracy, handled customer enquiries, and resolved booking issues promptly to maintain high service standards. I also used travel and tourism software to process reservations and update itinerary changes.
