At CDW, I serve as technical lead and day-to-day point of contact for our largest Five9 customer, coordinating four to five senior engineers alongside the customer’s team. I support Cisco on-premises UC, Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center and Five9 environments, from incident resolution and maintenance to routing and provisioning changes.
I designed and built Certa, an offline HTML/JavaScript app that generates Cisco UC certificate renewal change plans and cuts planning time by about 3.25 hours per change. I also built Klok, a Python desktop app for tracking engineering hours, and UniVox, a tool CDW engineers use to manage Five9 contact centers.
My work has also included leading security patching and Cisco UC certificate renewal campaigns across customer environments, as well as supporting a multi-wave Five9 go-live for our largest customer. I hold CCNP Collaboration and CCNP Security certifications, along with certifications in Cisco, Webex, Five9, CompTIA, Google AI and ITIL.
