I’m a detail-oriented customer service and data entry professional with 5+ years of experience across financial services, staffing, and real estate, much of it fully remote.

As an IRA Specialist at Qualified Trust Company, I maintain accurate records for 50–200 IRA accounts daily, support clients by phone and email, and train team members on complex issues. At Actalent, I processed and audited about 300 timecards per pay period and onboarded 5–20 new employees a week. As a real estate agent with eXp Realty, I worked fully remote for three years, managing my own schedule and clients.

I’m self-managed, accurate at speed (66 WPM, 99% accuracy), and comfortable with async communication through Slack, Teams, and Zoom. I’m looking for a remote customer service, data entry, or admin role with a flexible or async schedule, and I’m open to working across time zones.
