What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to a Customer Operations Team Leader role where I can improve processes, develop others and help maintain reliable, patient-critical supply in a regulated environment.

At Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease, I manage end-to-end customer orders across France, Belgium and Luxembourg, helping maintain continuity of supply for life-changing medicines. I coordinate SAP order processing, customer onboarding, master data, reporting and complex issue resolution while working within GDP, GDPR and quality requirements.

I've also supported customer operations in remote, international marketplaces including Happy Mammoth, Catawiki and Ankorstore, where I resolved complex cases, partnered across teams and improved customer journeys. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt trained, I’m motivated by operational excellence, continuous improvement and developing others as I grow toward a Customer Operations Team Leader role.
