What I'm looking for

I'm seeking fully remote, Ireland-based opportunities in customer experience or customer support.

At Provincial Security Services, I respond to enquiries and operational issues, share clear updates, and record incidents accurately while following established procedures.

At CEVA Logistics, I supervised approximately 20 colleagues across four teams supporting a 24/7 customs and logistics service for Amazon-related shipments. I investigated shipment holds and documentation discrepancies, coordinated resolutions, and kept stakeholders updated.

I designed a daily outstanding-items follow-up process and maintained shared SharePoint records so teams could track case status and next steps. I also monitored service priorities using Excel and supported customs workflows with CargoWise, Thyme-IT, ICS, CustomsForce, AVSYS, and SSP.
