What I'm looking for

A long-term remote role in virtual assistance or customer support (full-time, part-time or freelance) with a company that is open to hiring from Thailand. I enjoy structured, organised work, direct contact with customers and supporting a team in the background. I'm especially interested in roles where my languages (German, English, Italian, Spanish) are an advantage.

Hi, I'm Lorenzo - a German-trained commercial assistant (IHK-certified) looking for remote roles in virtual assistance and customer support.

What I bring:

- Commercial apprenticeship (German Chamber of Commerce/IHK) plus a year in product management at Subaru Germany: CRM data maintenance, market and competitor research, communication with international suppliers and internal teams.

- 2.5 years of daily customer contact as head bartender at a high-traffic venue near Frankfurt Airport: international guests, complaint handling, staying calm under pressure.

- Native German, fluent English and Italian, good Spanish.

Where I can help: customer support via email, chat and phone, inbox and calendar management, CRM data entry and cleanup, market research and simple reports, document and file organisation.

Based in Thailand from mid-October 2026 (GMT+7), flexible with working hours and happy to cover European business hours.
